I went into a shop the other day to buy a bottle of water and was faced with a refrigerated floor-to-ceiling wall of choices. So many kinds of water to choose from! Flavoured water, water with added nutrients, water with extra energy, fizzy water… the list was endless. Overwhelmed with my decision, I hesitantly made my choice and skittled out of there with my water purchase in hand.
This got me thinking. Even with the myriad of choices of which water to drink, everyone seems to agree on one thing: staying well hydrated is good for your health. It increases circulation, flushes out toxins, and maintains general health and well being.
This week’s assignment:
For the next 7 days, increase your water intake, perhaps even just by an extra glass per day. Take a water bottle with you and sip away! Cheers to you – as you sip on what’s good for you!
